2019 Youth Champion:  Cody Cain

Youth from the Southeast will compete for scholarship money throughout the year at Central Alabama Heart of Dixie CHA shows.  The shows will take place at the Crawford Arena, Montgomery Alabama.  All shows are NCHA (National Cutting Horse Association) approved and regulated.
The youth competitors are driven by their love of cutting, competition and their desire to improve their skills.  Both the Heart of Dixie CHA and NCHA encourage the youth participants to develop and continually improve several leadership skills to include:  communications, decisiveness, consistency, persistence, motivation and overall good sportsmanship in a positive and supportive environment.  This scholarship drive is aimed at promoting higher education for the youth competitors.

• Must Show in 75% of youth classes during the show year to qualify.
• Minimum of $500 Scholarship shall be awarded for High Point Youth
• Additional awards will be presented based upon fund raising success.
